Support & Maintenance
We don’t “just host” your website like many other providers. We also support and help you manage it. Our standard plan starts at 30 minutes a month of support to help you manage the site. Wheher it’s updating some content, or changing an image, we are there to help you do all the little bits and bobs so you can focus running the business.

Our servers have a firewall which will monitor for suspicious activity and block users it thinks are malicious. Our user passwords are very secure. We hide the admin logins. We go steps further than your standard budget hosting providers to help prevent malicious activity on your site.
Website Backups
We take several backups of all our websites… just in case! The hosting provider will take a server backup in the event of a catastrophic failure, but we also take per account and file based backups with at least a week retention, so we can restore just your website or even an accidentally deleted file.
